Q: How long will my order take to be processed?

A: We will endeavour to send out your order within 5 days of receipt, but please bear with us during the show season, or after a TV show, because mail order takes longer during that time.

Q: What does Pending mean in the Status box on my account?

A: Pending means no funds have been taken, but we have the order, and unless you hear otherwise, the order will be picked and packed soon.

Q: What about Picking? At this stage, payment has been taken and your order is being picked, ready for packing.

Q: Are you an Angel Company? Can I use your stamps to make cards and things to sell?

A: Yes, we are. You have our blessing. As long as you use the stamps and not the downloaded images, that is...that would be highly illegal.

Q: Do you make customised stamps to order?

A: Yes, we do. Since we make the stamps ourselves, here in sunny Kent, it is very easy for us to turn around bespoke stamps quickly and efficiently.

Q; Do you sell your stamps unmounted?

A: We nearly always sell our stamps mounted, or at least together with a handle. There are, however, exceptions:

1. there are several remountable sets sprinkled throughout the catalogue,

2. the miniatures are always supplied unmounted,

3. twice a year, in January and June, we have a bumper unmounted sale, which is exclusive to Clarity Club members, and is mailed to them with their subscription.
